BOOKING POLICIES AND
RENTAL AGREEMENT

Booking Policies: Deposit: A booking deposit equal to half the amount of the vacation total plus applicable taxes is due at the time of booking. Balance: A full payment is due 21 days prior to check in date. Late Payments: Unpaid deposits cannot guarantee reservations.

Cancellation Policies: The initial payment of half the vacation total plus applicable taxes is non-refundable. Once the full payment is made 21 days prior to check in, this plus applicable tax is also non-refundable.

Payment: We take Visa and Master Card, * A valid credit card is required for the damage deposit.
Late Payments: Unpaid deposits cannot guarantee reservations.

Rates: Rates are based on the maximum occupancy of the unit. All rates are quoted in Canadian dollars and are subject to a 15% tax/surcharge.

Age Limit: The average age of your group must be 25 years of age or older (except to families with children or ski/snow board teams). Further exceptions may apply at the discretion of Stay at Apex.

Damages: A $500 damage deposit is required at the time of check-in. Please report any damages within 3 hours of your arrival. This way we can ensure that everything is working smoothly and no damage has been done that we missed prior to your stay. Any damages after that period of time may cause additional charges to current guests.

Housekeeping: Daily housekeeping is not provided. However, each unit is equipped with adequate linens and towels for each stay. Each stay includes one full clean upon checkout.

Garbage disposal: For extended stays longer than 3 days, please note that the garbage compactors are located just south of the Apex Accommodations office. Please do not leave garbage outside the units, as it will attract bears and ravens to them.

Quiet Time is 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Please be considerate and respectful of your neighbors 🙂

Snowmobiles: Snowmobiles are not allowed on the premises of most properties. Please respect this regulation, as there will be a fine in place if there is failure to do so.

Smoking: Please understand that all of our units are privately owned and there is a no smoking policy in all of Stay at Apex rental units.

Pets: There is an interior and exterior no pet policy for most of the Stay at Apex units. Please let us know if you have a pet and we will do our best to find a way to accommodate you and your furry friend.

Check-In Time: Check-in time is between 2pm and 4pm. Early and late check-ins may be arranged prior to arrival upon availability. Please inform us before your stay if you would like to arrange a different check-in time and we will do our best to accommodate this for you.

Checkout Time: Checkout time is at 10:00am. As much as we love having you stay with us, this is a set time due to our quick turn over with other guests. If you would like to have a late checkout time, it must be confirmed in advance with our office and is subject to availability and extra charges.

Upon checkout we would appreciate for you to do the following:
1. Put all used laundry in the bathroom, excluding all bedding. We ask that you please do not strip the beds.
2. Please separate recyclables and garbage into the bin/can provided.
3. Please wash, dry and put away all used dishes, or start the first load in the dish washer.
4. Please return all unit keys to the Apex Accommodations office (There is a fee in place for lost keys in order to re-key the unit to ensure that it is safe and secure).
